The simple truth is that there is no place that you need to register your Deed Poll.
The old tradition used to be to "enrol" your Deed Poll in the Enrolment Books of the Supreme Court of Judicature.
This provides no benefit other than your Change of Name being noted in the London or Belfast Gazette and also to provide a note of your name Change. They also provide a copy for safekeeping.
